P90X Round 2 Day 57 – Extreamly Insane Workouts!
I haven’t been posting for the past few days, but I’m still here! Today I did a really hard workout. I would say it is within the top 5 workouts that I’ve ever done in my life. First I started by doing a very intense Chest and Back workout. I pushed really hard and upped my reps on almost all the moves. I also did an intense Back and Bicep workout as well. I followed those up with the Insanity workout Cardio Abs and then I completed Ab Ripper X! I did every workout at 100% and it was just amazing!
