P90X Round 2 Day 43 – Starting P90X Insanity Hybrid Workouts.

Today starts day 1 of my P90X / Insanity hybrid workout routines. I’m still cotinuing to count the workouts as round 2 of P90X just to keep things a bit easier to track. Todays workout consisted of Chest and Back and Cardio Abs. The chest and back workout was really good. I pushed myself hard and I ended up doing a ton of pushups. Then I did the Cardio Abs routine for the first time. It’s a really great ab workout. It’s about the same length as the Ab Ripper X routine but it makes you sweat a lot more. I could really feel it in my abs afterwards. I can already tell this hybrid workout is going to be really hard. I’m looking forward to the challenge!
