P90X Round 2 Day 60 – The good and the bad
Well it’s day 60 of the second round of P90X and there are good and bad things happening. The good is all because of the program and the bad all fall on my shoulders. First, the bad. I have gained 5 lbs and 1% bodyfat since day 30. This is 100% my fault as I have been eating Very badly the past month or so. I’m going to reign that in now and eat clean for the next 30 days. The good is that I’ve been working out really hard lately and I’m still making incredible gains, even though my eating has been so bad. I’m much stronger now then I was at day 30, and my cardiovascular is much better now then it was a month ago. This just goes to show that even though you are doing great workouts and making huge gains in strength and endurance, your nutrition is such an important part of the fitness puzzle.
