P90X Round 2 Day 8 – Making progress.

Once again I decided to wear my 20 lb weight vest for the chest and back routine. I was able to up my reps on every move and I even feel better after completing the workout today then I did last week. Ab ripper x went better this time as well. I’m very satisfied with todays workout and I know if I keep bringing it like this I’m going to make some amazing gains!
