I know I haven’t posted in a while, but I’ve still been keeping up with the workouts. I just reciently finished my first official round of Insanity (after completing the p90x/insanity hybrid routine). Now I’m starting another round of P90X. I wanted to post some new pics as well since I haven’t posted in a while.
My name is Dennis and I'm 34 years old. My beautiful wife Napua and I started doing Power 90 on December 1st, 2008 and finished our 90th day on the 28th of February, 2009. After completing Power 90, we decided to take things to the next level and we completed 126 days of P90X before heading to Hawaii for a 2 week vacation. He have completed our second round of P90X and are now on our third round! We are also now incorporating the new Insanity workout into our P90X schedule to make the second half of round 2 and now round 3 even more intense. I will be documenting our P90X progress here.
