Today was officially the last doubles workout routine before we leave for Hawaii. And since when we get back I plan on starting round 2 without doubles so I can start bulking up, it may be the last doubles workout for quite a while. This morning I started out with an amazing cardio workout. Then I did chest and back and ab ripper x this afternoon. The chest and back routine went amazingly well. I upped the reps on pretty much every exercise once again. What a great workout!

Today was supposed to be kenpo x but because my aunt and uncle are in town and we are spending the day with them we ended up doing something else instead. I ended up taking a 10 mile bike ride today for my workout. Also I mowed the lawn and did some work in the yard as well. That should be a pretty good calorie burn I think. Plus technically this week is supposed to be a recovery week anyways so I’m ok with the substitution considering I’ve been doing doubles.

I did cardio x this monring and it was a pretty good workout. No legs and back workout today. I had planned on doing another workout this evening but my aunt and uncle came into town from out of state so we did stuff with them instead. We did end up going on a short hike in the mountians so I guess that helps a little. Anyways, maybe I’ll make up the extra workout tomorrow if I feel like it.

I felt like doing something a little different today so this morning instead of pushing play I decided to take a walk on the treadmill and then ride my bike around the neighborhood in place of the normal cardio x workout. It was a really nice change of pace and I’m glad that I did it. This afternoons workout was shoulders and arms. This time around I just tried to match last sessions numbers, which I did for the most part. There were a few exercises when I did a few less then last time but I’m ok with that. Overall, I think today was a pretty good workout day.

I decided to make today an extra doubles day since we are only 1 week away from Hawaii and I want to push as hard as I can before we go. This morning I started off with a good cardio x workout, then this evening we finished up with our scheduled plyometrics workout routine. The plyo was amazing. I was really sweating by the time it was over. Lots of calories burned today with all this cardio work. I’m feeling great and can’t wait for Hawaii!

I’ve posted my p90x day 120 result pictures on the bottom of the page. I haven’t had a chance to post my measurements yet but I will do that soon.
Todays workouts started this morning with a great cardio workout. Then this afternoon I did chest and back followed by ab ripper x. The chest and back workout was perhaps the best workout I’ve ever done. I upped my reps again on every exercise. By the time it was finished I was so wiped out. I could barely even flex my muscles, which you can sort of tell in the result pictures, especially the biceps one.
We only have 9 more days until we leave for our hawaii trip, so it looks like I’ll be going through until day 129 on my first round of p90x. After we get back then I’ll start on day 1 of round 2.

I started off this mornings doubles by doing cardio x. It was a pretty good workout. The yoga portion actually felt a little hard but it goes by fast. Overall I had a great cardio workout this morning. Then this afternoon we did back and biceps. We did it without using the dvd this time, only the worksheets. It worked out really well. My arms are so pumped up right now. Ab ripper x went well also. I’m still adding in the extra hanging moves from the plus series but I wasn’t able to do quite as many today because instead of incorporating them throughout the ab ripper x routine like normal I tried to do them all in a row at the end and that made it too hard for me. Anyways, overall today was a top notch workout day.

Todays workouts went very well. We did chest shoulders and triceps and the workout felt great. I was able to raise my reps on a lot of the moves too which is always nice. Ab ripper x went very well. One of the best ab workouts in a long time, even with the new hanging moves I’ve been incorporating. This mornings doubles cardio workout went good too. For some reason it wasn’t quite as good as the cardio workouts have been lately, but overall it was good and I’m happy with what I was able to do.

Todays workouts went very well. I started out this morning with my doubles cardio workout. It was great. As usual I burned a ton of calories with it. This afternoons workout was legs and back. I did very well this workout. I was even able to up my pull-ups again so I was very happy with the entire workout. Ab ripper X went very good as well. I also started incorporating some moves from the p90x plus ab core plus workout as well. I added in 3 of the hanging ab exercises. They all went well also, although I couldn’t do them for the full 30 seconds like you’re supposed to. I think I did fairly well for the first time though. Hopefully they will take my ab routine to the next level.

Todays workout was shoulders and arms, or as Tony Horton calls it, the glamour workout. I really like this workout because it’s strait to the point. You start off and finish up lifting hard and heavy. It’s a great workout all around. I also did my doubles cardio workout this morning which was really good. Even better then the last one. I was just dripping sweat like never before.

Today was supposed to be a doubles workout… I did triples instead! This morning I started out with an intense cardio workout. I did Jillian Michaels burn fat boost metabolism dvd. It was very good. I always enjoy doing this workout because as far as cardio goes, it’s one of the best dvds you can get. It’s a really great supplement to the p90x videos. This after noon I did chest and back. Twice. I did it once through, then did ab ripper x. After that I took about a half hour break and then did the chest and back routine again. I didn’t repeat the ab ripper x workout though since I didn’t think that I needed it. The ‘tripples’ workout must have done the trick because after I finished I was making dinner and my brother in law came over for a visit. When he saw me in my workout shorts and tank top the first thing he said was “Dude, you’re so buff!”. I love getting comments like that!

Another day of great workouts. This morning I completed a really good doubles cardio workout. I thought that I might have some trouble with it because my nose was a bit stuffy but I didn’t have any issues at all. It was a very nice start to the day. This afternoons workout was legs and back along with ab ripper x. Both of them went really well also. Things seem to be coming along fairly well now so I’m happy about that.

Todays workouts were really good. The best I’ve had in a while actually. I started out with the doubles cardio workout this morning and that had me sweating start to finish. Then this evening I did back and biceps followed up with ab ripper x. Although I didn’t raise my weight or reps this week, I felt like it was a really good workout and I got an amazing pump from it. I also had a really good ab ripper x session as well. I’m getting a little better at the Fifer Scisors. Well… sort of…

Todays workouts went fairly well. This morning started out with a good cardio workout and then this evening I did the chest shoulders and triceps routine along with ab ripper x. The workout was about average. I felt like I lost some ground as far as weigh/reps go, although I did pretty much the same as I did last workout. Actually it ended up being a pretty good workout. Ab ripper x went about the same as usual so it was good too.

All of todays workouts went very well! First thing this morning I did the cardio X routine and it had me sweating right away. By the end I was covered in sweat and feeling alive and ready to face the day. A few hours later I decided to complete the legs and back workout and that went pretty good also. Legs and back is probably my least favorite workout but I was able to push through and I upped my pull-ups from the last session so I’m pretty happy about that. Ab ripper x also went very well. I’m starting to feel like I’m back in the groove of things. Hopefully that will continue!

Todays workouts were cardio x, shoulders and arms and ab ripper x. I did really well with both the cardio x and the ab ripper x. I had an average shoulders and arms workout. I was able to match pretty much everything from the previous session but I didn’t raise the weight or reps on any of the exercises except for maybe one or two of them. In fact I think that I may have lowered the weight on a couple in order to keep my form. Since I’ve been having trouble with the past few workouts, I’m thinking about dropping one of my doubles routines and doing only 3 per week rather then 4 like I have been doing. Maybe that will help. I haven’t quite decided yet though. I want to try to push through if I can but I want to make sure I stay healthy and don’t over train myself either.
