P90X Day 3 – Shoulders and Arms
Wednesday, March 11th, 2009Today was day 3, shoulders and arms. I thought that this workout was great. I’m going for mass so I tried to get 8 to 10 reps on everything, except for the moves where everyone is supposed to do 16. Since I was using pretty heavy weights, I did fall a little short of the 16 a couple times but I think that’s probably ok. Ab ripper X was good as usual. One tip for people just starting out doing ab ripper x. If you take off your shoes, you can do more reps!
